Customer's Fault Description
Bought boat in October 2019. Remote control did not operate at all. The actual Passerelle works fine with the wired control on the boat.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be working as normal.

The item was opened to check for issues but no problem could be found.  One of the battery terminals was tightened slightly in case it was an issue but overall this item has been classed as no fault found.
