This motorcycle alarm fob arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but the button press was sluggish and needed a hard press on occasion.

The buttons were replaced (they were found to have a slight resistance on its contacts) also a new Duracell battery was supplied.

The customer is requested to test the control full upon receipt.
