Customers Fault Description : After dropping the remote it became harder to control the fire until the remote stopped working altogether.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting. The transducer was replaced in the handset and full functionality was restored.
No fault was found in the receiver.
