Remote Fixer Repair Response
This surround system remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal on each button. The control was opened to check for any issues but no faulty could be replicated. It was therefore concluded that the issue could be with the receiver itself.
One thing note was that the batteries that were shipped with the item were reading low. It is advised to replace the batteries and only to use quality batteries such as Duracel or Eveready and to stay clear of the cheaper alkaline batteries as these can cause many issue including poor power and battery leakage.
