Customers Fault Description : Can not get it to pair up with caravan, when it does it is only for a short time. Clicks but does not stay connected very long
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Carver caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The control was tested over a day randomly but no issue could be replicated.
It was therefore concluded that the issue may be with the receiver itself.
