Customers Fault Description : I dropped the handset on the floor and although lights still work and battery is new it doesn't operate with the fire. I suspect something perhaps a wire has become loose in the unit

This gas stove controller arrived safely and on testing was con confirmed not to be transmitting on any channel.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
