Customers Fault Description : The large flame button (top right) doesn't seem to work properly. Doesn't allow fire to ignite or set time etc.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This control arrived safely and on testing the up button was confirmed not to be functioning. A replacement button was fitted which restored full functionality.
