Needs new battery cover
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bathroom TV controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was confirmed missing and also the standby button was deteriorated internally (see image)
On testing the remote was dead on all buttons. When opened this was due to corrosion points in the print from water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
A replacement standby button cap was fitted under the facia and also a battery cover was supplied.
Please note that this remote is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
