Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working, red led doesn't flash to acknowledge button pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
This was due to 2 issues, the first was a faulty oscillator, this was replaced.
The other issue was due to bad battery terminals. This is a common issue on these controls and the remedy was to replace the existing terminals with a battery clip / cable.
