Sony RM AAL124 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Volume - and muting buttons not working. Some of the other buttons are a little tricky too.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Sony controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning volume down and mute buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to contamination over the PCB around the problematic buttons. This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
