Customers Fault Description : Red light does not work on top of remote and buttons do not activate fire ignition.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing the down button was non responsive.
This was due to a high resistance in the button itself, this button was replaced which restored functionality.
The battery cable was also replaced.
