Merlin Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : on one you have to got to get close to the unit for it to work, the other not sure, may be the same.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Merlin garage door remotes arrived safely and on testing both were very limited in their range and one had a sluggish button.
The range issue was caused by the same fault on both controls whereby the RF aerial coil was broken around the print at one end, this was reworked which restored the full signal strength.
The sluggish button was replaced also.
