Customer's Fault Description
According to Grohe it has lost its connection to the sensor, they told me it couldn't be repaired. We also have the remote controller 45440 and that still works. We've installed the same shower in 2 other bathrooms and they still work fine (if that helps!)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower controller arrived safely and on inspection all of the battery terminals were badly contaminated / corroded.
On opening the corrosion was found to be over the main PCB, due to the amount of damage on the double sided print a repair is not possible.
