Customers Fault Description : LED light on handset non-illuminating and controls buttons do not activate the fire. Swapped batteries for new, no effect
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
