Customers Fault Description : The chair doesn't react anymore on signals of the Remote-control

This Keyton remote arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. 

It may be that the remote needs re-activating with its receiver, instructions can be found HERE! - please check the section entitled "Activating a New Remote Control"
