Customers Fault Description : On handset the 2 green buttons are meant to turn mover on I have to press several times before the handset turns on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have poor responsive power buttons.
Replacement conductive caps were glued into place which restored full functionality.
