Customer's Fault Description
The power button is not turning on. We have replaced batteries (tried multiple) but still no luck.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection on of the buttons was missing and the hole was sealed with tape (this cannot be replaced as spare button arrays are not available as spares)

On adding a power source the item would not respond from its double power button press.

When opened this was found to be due to corrosion over the power button contact.  The corrosion was removed and the print reworked which restored normal power on functionality.
