Customers Fault Description : Remote control screen lights up but signals not received/actioned by the gas fire e.g. won't ignite the pilot light. However, separate wired controls on the wall by the gas fire do operate the gas fire OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire control arrived safely and on testing was found to be sending a signal as per normal operation. The item was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
