Customers Fault Description : All of the buttons are hard to get a response from. Also, one of the wires from the battery connector has come adrift from the terminal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace remote arrived safely and was found to have faulty buttons and battery cable. All four buttons and the cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
