Customers Fault Description : THE MAIN FAULT IS IF THE CHAIR IS RECLINED IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT BACK TO THE VERTICAL POSITION,IT TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT. ALSO THE CABLE NEEDS REPLACED.
