Customer's Fault Description
When you open remote it has been blue tacked to keep batteries in. Looks like circuit board a bit of a mess so we can’t open garage door. If you could fix please and would then send across the 2nd remote on new form.

This garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were missing, replacement terminals were created and batteries supplied which restored full functionality.
