Customers Fault Description : Light button not working and need replace case

This ceiling fan light controller arrived safely and on inspection the case was split in two peices.
On testing 2 of the buttons were non responsive, this was due to contamination on the button array, this was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
The case was glued back together (replacement cases are not available as spares)
