Customers Fault Description : NOT ALWAYS TURNING ON, I HAVE TO KEEP PRESSING THE BUTTONS HARD UNTIL IT LIGHTS UP, AND THE BOTTOM FORWARD BUTTON IS THE SAME

This caravan controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have poor responsive power buttons. This is a common issue caused by worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
