Customers Fault Description : The sensor is not responding reliably to the signal from the remote controller despite new batteries in both
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote handset itself was found to be transmitting a very weak signal.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue could be found with the receiver.
