Customer's Fault Description
Put batteries in press power button and just flickers and doesnt turn on. Also missing little screw on back battery plate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Grohe controller arrived safely and was confirmed to be missing the battery cover screw.
On adding a power source the control was confirmed to flicker when the power button is pressed, this is normal operation as the power button needs to be held down for a few seconds to turn on, if you let go too quick it will just flash (see testing video)
The control was fully tested and no fault could be found. A screw was supplied for the battery cover.
