Grohe 36407001 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Put batteries in press power button and just flickers and doesnt turn on. Also missing little screw on back battery plate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Grohe controller arrived safely and was confirmed to be missing the battery cover screw.
On adding a power source the control was confirmed to flicker when the power button is pressed, this is normal operation as the power button needs to be held down for a few seconds to turn on, if you let go too quick it will just flash (see testing video)
The control was fully tested and no fault could be found. A screw was supplied for the battery cover.
