Customers Fault Description : On off switch not working takes quite a lot of pressing for light to stay on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was damaged.
On testing the item did turn on using its Double power button press as normal. The only time an issue was found was when the battery cable was moved.
The battery cable was replaced.
