Naim Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Naim
Customers Fault Description : It stopped working when I dropped it. I reassembled it and stuck it together with tape, but I'd like it to function again. I don't mind if the case has to be glued shut. It is complete.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Naim Auidio NAC 52 controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to be held together by tape after breaking apart.
On testing the signal was only found to be present very intermittently.
This was due to a battery leakage which had caused corrosion points over the terminals and also on parts of the PCB.
This was reworked which restored full functionality.
