Customer's Fault Description
The connection between battery & terminals do not connect.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing the battery terminals were out of position meaning that the battery was intermittently touching them causing a unresponsive control.

The control was opened and the terminals bent into the correct position and then they were strengthened using solder on the inside of the bend to prevent future issues.
