Customer's Fault Description
No response when trying to activate the unit when trying to open garage door. I have noticed inside the back of the remote, a snapped coil wire which is wrapped around a thin piece of foam.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting.
On opening the RF coil was found to be detached at one end, this was resoldered back into place which restored full functionality.
