Customers Fault Description : you just repaire one of these for me- perfectly. I bought this one as 'not working' as a spare.
It does work, but only if you twist the case when using. sounds like a similar fault to the one you fixed

This jukebox controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent.
On opening the issue was found to be cracked solder joints on one of the IR leds. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
