Customer's Fault Description
On/off very stiff. Batteries ok, but green light doesn't always come on and when direction for mover is pressed, green light goes off with no action from the mover motor. Caravan battery fully charged - 12.4 v.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma motor mover control arrived safely and on testing it was found that the response from the power switch was intermittent.
This was due to a broken PCB mounting pin which had cause the PCB to move slightly, this meant that the switch slider was not properly actuating the electronic switch.
The PCB was glued back into place which restored full functionality.
