Customers Fault Description : The remote control has two buttons. On/off and heat control. The on/off button does not turn the fire off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing the power button would not respond.
On opening this was found to be due to a tiny crack in the print near the main IC. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
