Customers Fault Description : The unit is powered by a 9V battery. One of the press stud type connectors has fractured from the small connecxtor pad.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery lead was confirmed to be damaged. A new cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
