illuminating but not transmitting. The garage door works fine when using the wall switch to open and shut it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting.

This was found to be due to a faulty variable inductor.  This was replaced which restored the signal.
