Verine Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I recently changed the battery and suspect there may a loose wire as the control works fine if you remove the battery cover and press on the connections to the battery. However when you reassemble it none of the controls work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish non responsive buttons.
This was due to faulty buttons, all four were replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
