Royal UM203 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Was working intermittently so replaced battery. It has now stopped working and is completely dead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
