Customers Fault Description : Appears to be completely dead. No buttons work. Has been dropped a few times but nothing obvious preceding it stopping working. Thanks for your help.

This Unitique Amp remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on every button.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
