Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire will not light using remote, lighting fire manually. I have also sent the G30-ZRRTT as I am not sure where the fault lies.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not be transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer in the remote itself.

The transducer in the remote was replaced which restored full functionality.

No problem could be found with the receiver.
