Mertik Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Mertik
Customers Fault Description : Gas fire will not light using remote, lighting fire manually. I have also sent the G30-ZRRTT as I am not sure where the fault lies.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not be transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer in the remote itself.
The transducer in the remote was replaced which restored full functionality.
No problem could be found with the receiver.
