Customer's Fault Description
Temperature is turning itself up to 30 degrees Buttons not working. Coming up access code and going up the numbers on its own not letting me change anything.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This GlowWorm controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to have a shorted button (the up button).  This was causing the temperature overide to start as soon as power is applied.

The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
