Customers Fault Description : Only working intermittently. I also need a clone as well as this repair
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This firmadoor control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent. This was found to be due to a faulty induct or coil, sadly a replacement could not be obtained but luckily we had 2 clones (reverse coded) available.
These 2 clones were purchased at £20 each, no repair cost was charged.
