Customer's Fault Description
On/off switch does not operate and red light does not illuminate. Red light does illuminate with the other three buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some faulty buttons. All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
We have also managed to clone the top 4 buttons onto a second remote (see image at bottom of page) This clone control can be supplied upon request for £10 extra, please contact Martin on 01514308033 or 07817039435 if you wish to add this remote to your returned package.
