Customers Fault Description : Botton left button on remote which operates foot riser no longer works

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the bottom left button was found to be protruding from the case (see image).
On opening there was some liquid contamination within the case and over the button array, this was all cleaned up and hte button re-seated properly.
The customer is to test the control out full upon receipt.
