Customer's Fault Description
Remote was accidentally dropped and has not worked since spring at bottom of battery case missing
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the remote was apart and the battery terminal was confirmed to be missing.

Also the button array had contamination over its contacts.  The terminal was replaced and the button array cleaned up which restored full functionality.

The case was then glued back together.
