Remote malfuctioning due to damage.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was held together by tape and the PCB mounting pins were broken,meaning the buttons would not be in the correct position when trying to activate many times.

Initially it was going to be a replacement case but after checking the replacement in stock had the same issue, therefore the existing case was repaired and the PCB mounted securely and hot glued firmly into place.

Also the battery cable had signs of a battery corrosion spot on one of its terminals, a replacement battery cable was fitted.
