Customers Fault Description : One half of buttons works and one half doesnt
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Caravan roof vent controller arrived safely and on testing a couple of the buttons were non responsive.
On opening the battery terminals were found to be damaged, these were replaced and also the 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
