Yamaha RAV363 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No illumination or power with new batteries. Seems old batteries leaked onto circuit board.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Yamaha amplifier control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there was 2 main issues, the first was that there was a battery leak which had eaten through parts of the print and the other issue was that there was a very large amount of liquid contamination over the entire button array.

The print was reworked and the PCB / button array cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.

This item was disposed of due to non payment as per our terms and conditions - 5th Sept 2020
