Customer's Fault Description
The remote display shows "low battery level", but even after changing the batteries the message does not go away. I have attempted to reset the remote, but this has not fixed the issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Velux controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to just say "low battery" on the screen.
On opening this was due to two issues whereby 1 component had fallen off and another was also upended away from the board (see image).
Both components were replaced which restored full functionality.
