Velux 3LR A01 WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote display shows "low battery level", but even after changing the batteries the message does not go away. I have attempted to reset the remote, but this has not fixed the issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to just say "low battery" on the screen.
On opening this was due to two issues whereby 1 component had fallen off and another was also upended away from the board (see image).
Both components were replaced which restored full functionality.
