Customer's Fault Description
No buttons are working. Screen blanks after a minute of changing batteries. Screen reads wrong date and time and can’t change because the buttons don’t work’
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This boiler controller arrived safely and on powering up was confirmed to have non responsive buttons. This was due to the OK button being shorted which was overiding all other button repsonses.
The OK button was replaced which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item arrived with batteries but there were 3 different brands, customers should never mix batteries of different brands as this can lead to battery leakages in the future which can cause catastrophic damage.
