Customer's Fault Description
Remote would not close down gas fire. Shut off manually myself. After this remote would not operate gas ignition. Remote Control light show red, but no light on receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This gas fire control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was found to have an erratic signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
