Customers Fault Description : All buttons not functioning properly on the remote

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive / sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn contacts on the button array.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
